Localvore's Bounty Dinner At Niche Restaurant (Geneva)

If you follow Chef Jeremy Lycan on Twitter, you will receive updates about unbelievably scrumptious dishes he's preparing at Niche Restaurant on Third Street in Geneva. Here's an example:

We usually read one of these tweets just as we're about to gnaw on a hot pocket. But that's not the point.

The point is, Niche Restaurant is offering what they call a Localvore's Bounty Dinner on Thursday, May 21. The dinner is described on the Niche website as, "Six courses of the Fox Valley's freshest spring foods direct from the farm paired with a choice of two carefully selected flights of American wines." "Yum!" does not even begin to describe it.
