River Rhapsody Concert Series 2009 (Batavia Riverwalk)

The City of Batavia has a jewel of a public space and loves to show it off. (Rightfully so.) One of the many events taking advantage of this downtown Riverwalk area near the intersection of Island Avenue and Houston Street this summer is the River Rhapsody Concert Series.

Presented for free by the Batavia Park District on select Wednesday evenings this summer, River Rhapsody will be rockin' from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm on the following dates:

• June 10: Lazy Maybes (rock 'n' roll covers)
• June 17: Michael Heaton Band (rock/pop/country)
• followed by a showing of Kung Fu Panda at 8:30 pm
• June 24: Geneva Jazz Ensemble
• August 5: Gallery (rock 'n' roll covers)
